Hyatt House Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville

Great place for the price. Remembered me from past stays. All staff were friendly and acknowledge me with with a smile and hello. Little things that are a big deal. Clean fitness room. And working. Thank you. Love that they use real plates and such for breakfast.

A very nice hotel with excellent service. The staff treated us with kindness and respect. The room was tidy, well furnished, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stay.

This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had at any establishment. I arrived much earlier than anticipated, and the desk staff went above and beyond to allow me to check in early so I could attend to an unintended car appointment. The Trio room has two bedrooms with 3 beds, there is a sofa sleeper in the main room, and a full kitchen is available to boot. The kitchen amenities were a little deficient in that there were not enough glasses for our party of seven, there was no cookie sheet or a large frying pan, and unfortunately the garbage disposal was broken creating some sink emptying issues. Two light bulbs were out, there are a few stains on the carpet, and the room chairs have some cracking in the upholstery. While this sounds like a lot of issues, they really are small compared to the comfort and value of the room. It truly is a wonderful space we keep coming back to (this was our 33rd annual gathering) and have visited around 10 of those times. There is an included breakfast, and it would be nice to add a warm pancake or waffle dispenser to go with the three hot dishes, fruits, grain, and cereal. Besides the front desk being awesome, the room cleaners were super polite, and the man servicing breakfast was equally friendly. The overall experience, created by the staff, made us feel like they wanted us to be there. Any place can have great amenities, and the Hyatt House does have some excellent ones (the space, a bar, local transport, free parking) but it's the people that truly make an experience that much more special. I am super appreciative of the entire staffs' efforts to make Hyatt House feel more like Hyatt Home!

My stay here was wonderful!! Parking wasn’t an issue and the complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was amazing. Only complaint for me was the smell of smoke coming through the vents into my room. Especially with a non-smoking hotel.

This is my first Hyatt House. It's outstanding. Shirley, Shasta, and Devon will make you feel welcomed and right at home. Rooms are compact but smartly designed. They are still very roomy. Hotel is quiet and clean. Rooms are also clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is well above average. This hotel is real find.

Room was little dated. Had some dry wall repaired and needs some touch ups. Seal needs redone around shower door. Room has 2 burner stove. Full refrigerator and microwave. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Pullout couch good for kids. Room was clean. Has swimming pool and small gym. 2 conference rooms. Free breakfast with selection for everyone. It was good. Good room for extended stay

Very satisfied, upgraded to a two bedroom suite due to Hyatt status. Breakfast was good. Convenient location, near interstate and local area attractions. Would stay again. Note, WiFi is iffy.
